SmackDab PR & Marketing is run by Sacha DeGroot, who has been helping clients achieve public relations and marketing success since 1997.  With both corporate and agency experience, Sacha DeGroot has expert media relations skills, the ability to write clear copy, detail-oriented event management skills and brings big picture thinking to the company and clients.

In the past, Sacha has performed public relations and marketing duties for companies such as: NCR, SAP, Marconi, Sony PlayStation, Descartes, TAB and the Toronto Venture Group. She has garnered publicity for clients in some of the following media outlets: Fortune Magazine, Business 2.0, Macleans Magazine, Toronto Star, Canadian Business, The Globe and Mail, National Post, Global TV, City TV, Computing Canada, Computer World, and many more.

Sacha is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, in Honours English Literature and is a graduate of Seneca's Corporate Communications program.
